The journal aims to provide an academic platform for global researchers to engage in cross-disciplinary, cross-regional, and cross-cultural approaches to the vast cultural heritage of the Sinographic tradition, addressing both the shared cultural elements as well as the unique regional contributions. We invite submissions that reexamine, reinterpret, and newly analyze this rich linguistic and literary heritage, fostering scholarly dialogue and knowledge exchange on a global scale.
In this effort, we aim to recontextualize East Asia’s intellectual heritage within the broader field of global humanities, bringing to light new understandings and connections.
Each issue will include a featured theme section grouping several articles under a chosen topic as well as general submissions.
